The Big Day!
After a Christmas Eve seven fish feast at Jon's parents house, we got up early to head to the Tracy's for presents and then to the Allendale Paulson house for a breakfast bonanza with all of Kelly's family.
Uncle Rusty had Jon in the gift swap and got him 2 bottles of
really good tequila. Good thing Aunt Barb and Uncle Rusty have
a spare bedroom.
Once all the gifts were opened we did the Yankee Swap- even
dad's entry this year was great for the new homeowners!
After breakfast we went to Grandma and Granpa Parisi's to open
gifts with them.
Ava loved all her toys but really enjoyed playing with the paper
and ribbons. Someone was ready for a nap by lunch time.
December Birthdays!
On Sunday before Christmas we celebrated the December
birthdays and Jon got this great shot of Nan with her kids.
Happy Birthday Shawn, Uncle Curt, Nan and Ellen.
We had our own private room for the celebration at Napa
Valley Grille.
Another Visit with Santa before the big day!
Saturday night before Christmas Santa stopped
by Auntie Anna's house for one last visit with Ava.
Ava enjoyed him just as much as she did the first time.

Been a busy month...
Ava's 1/2 birthday has come and gone and we have had a couple of
busy weeks. At her 6 month check up she weighed in at 17 lbs and
24 3/4 inches long. She has learned how to roll over, she is eating
rice cereal, sweet potatoes, carrots, applesauce and bananas. Ava is
battling her first cold and even though she isn't feeling 100% she is
still so good.
Visit to see Santa
We went and saw Santa this week and Ava enjoyed every
minute of it. She could have sat on Santa's lap all day. They
discussed what Ava wanted for Christmas and what kind of
cookies Santa wanted us to leave for him.
The Annual Malcolm Xmas Party
Sorry we missed the festivities this year! Hope everyone has
a great holiday season!

Philadelphia Half Marathon
This past Sunday I took on a challenge that I never thought that I could possibly accomplish. I walked 13.1 miles, half of a marathon. I couldn't have done it with out Maria, Molly and Kelly pushing me through and the support of Jon and my family! Thanks guys for getting me through it.
Ava was awaiting my finish!
Heading home trying to warm up.... it was really cold!
